The Newport Lions Club and the auction company are only acting as an agent between the buyer and seller. Any transaction expressed or implied verbally or in writing is strictly between the buyer and seller.

The Newport Lions Club and the Auction Company is NOT liable in any way.

THIS AUCTION IS LIMITED TO 40 VEHICLES ON A FIRST COME BASIS.

Please have vehicle checked in for the auction no later than TIME on the day of the sale. There will be no further expenses in offering the vehicle for sale such as commissions, buyer’s fee’s or registrations.
